Ingredients

  • 1/2 pc each Unicurd Black and Yellow Tau kwa, shredded
  • 100g celery, shredded
  • 100g carrot, shredded
  • 1 bundle glass noodles, cut into 5 cm lengths
  • 1 tsp sesme seeds
  • 1 tsp peanuts, crushed

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Thai lime sauce
  • 1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Thai Sweet chilli sauce

Cooking Instructions

Soak glass noodle in boiling water until soft.

Blanch shredded Black and Yellow Taukwa, celery and carrot in boiling water and drain.

Mix all sauce ingredients and pour onto (1+2), toss well.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and peanuts.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve cold.

Hot Tips

For more tangy taste, add pomelo sacs, shredded green papaya or mango.
