Ingredients
- 1 box Unicurd Chinese Tofu
- 1 Tbsp soybean oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp spring onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp hot bean paste
- 1/2 Tbsp corn flour, mix with 3 Tbsps of water
Seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp black vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cooking Instructions
Cut one side of plastic film from tofu box and heat in a microwave on high for 3 mins.
Remove tofu from box and cut into 8 slices.
Arrange on a flat plate or dish.
Heat oil in a wok, stir fry ginger, garlic, spring onion and hot bean paste until fragrant.
Add seasoning and bring to boil.
Add corn flour mixture. When sauce thickens, pour over tofu.
Hot Tips
Tofu can be steamed for 10mins instead of microwaving.
