Ingredients
- 1/2 box Unicurd Silken Tofu
- 1 whole mango
- 1 tbsp coconut powder
- 1 tbsp honey (or golden syrup)
- 1 tsp creamer
- 1 to 2 drops mango essence
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
Cooking Instructions
Dice 1/3 of a mango for garnishing.
Put tofu, 2/3 of mango, mango essence, coconut powder, honey and creamer into blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Add in ice cubes, blend well, transfer to glass.
Add mango cubes and serve.
Hot Tips
Strawberry, peach or pineapple may be used instead of mango. Low fat milk powder to replace coconut powder.
