Tofu Ball Ingredients
- 1 box Unicurd Pressed Tofu
- 200g chicken meat, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 150g spaghetti
Pasta Sauce Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tsp basil leaf
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 150g spaghetti
Cooking Instructions
Mash tofu and drain off excess water.
Mix tofu, chicken meat, white onion and breadcrumbs with black pepper and salt.
Shape tofu mixture into small balls, and coat lightly with flour.
Heat up oil, fry tofu balls until golden brown.
Sauté garlic with olive oil, add in celery, tomato, tomato puree and basil leaf; simmer sauce for 10 minutes, add in salt, sugar and black pepper.
Add in tofu balls, simmer for a while, then pour onto pre-cooked spaghetti or macaroni.

Tofu balls skewered with cucumber and pineapple cubes is an ideal cocktail food.
