Ingredients
- 1 tube Unicurd Silken Tofu
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 stalk leek, slice finely
- 3 crabsticks, slice finely
- 1 medium onion, slice finely
- 8 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tsps sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- Dash of pepper
Cooking Instructions
Mash tofu through a sieve and drain with a cloth.
Mix sieved tofu, eggs and seasoning.
Heat sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan, spread 1/4 of the mixture over the base of the pan.
Sprinkle 1/4 portion of leek, onion, crabstick and shrimp.
Cover and cook over low flame for 10mins until shrimp and vegetables are cooked.
Repeat to prepare three more omelettes.
Hot Tips
To lower cholesterol content, replace one whole egg with two egg whites.
