Ingredients

  • 1 pc Unicurd Tau Kwa or 1 box Unicurd Pressed Tofu, cut into 3 rectangular pieces
  • 5 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 Tbsps salad cream
  • Soybean oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

Mash tofu well and allow to drain for 10mins.

Heat oil, stir fry mashed tofu for about 10 mins until dry and crispy. 

Add Chinese pickle, dried shrimp, ginger, spring onion and seasoning.

Fry until fragrant. 

Sprinkle few drops of sesame oil.

Dish up and serve on a bed of lettuce.

Hot Tips

To lower the fat content, use a non-stick pan to stir-fry the mashed tofu.
