Unicurd Tau kwa / Pressed Tofu
Deep fry
Serves 3
Mash tofu well and allow to drain for 10mins.
Heat oil, stir fry mashed tofu for about 10 mins until dry and crispy.
Add Chinese pickle, dried shrimp, ginger, spring onion and seasoning.
Fry until fragrant.
Sprinkle few drops of sesame oil.
Dish up and serve on a bed of lettuce.
To lower the fat content, use a non-stick pan to stir-fry the mashed tofu.
