Unicurd Tau kwa
Pan fry
Serves 4
Deep fry tau kwa strips in hot oil (180°C) until crispy.
Drain.
Mix seasoning and bring to boil.
Add fried tau kwa.
Cook until gravy thickens.
Sprinkle with sesame oil.
Pan fry tofu sticks on a non-stick pan to reduce fat. Serve on a bed of lettuce for added fibre and crunch.
